Best Friend's Daughter is really blonde!

Picture this... your best friend has two daughters, both brunette and very pretty.  The Eldest one is standing in the hallway when her younger sister comes out of the bathroom and the eldest says, "Oh I thought you were me!"  Now, what the heck is that all about?  She is truly blonde!!
